Chan Meditation to Quiet the Mind Before Sleep, with Ven. XianJin

In this weekly workshop, Venerable XianJin, a Buddhist nun, guides practitioners through techniques to reduce mental noise, sharpen focus, and build resilience for the challenges of daily life.
Ven. XianJin enjoys challenging her students, helping them push past mental limitations and make real progress in their practice.
