We are going camping for the 4th time as a group on the 10-11th of January, 2026 in Cattai Campground.
Confirm if you would like to participate in this adventure, camping under the stars by the river and exploring nature together with friendly people that you will have BBQ dinner with & play games.
Driving, carpooling or need a ride?
WHEN: 10-11th of January, 2026 (1 NIGHT SATURDAY & SUNDAY BACK)
DEPARTURE: 9:00AM, 10/01/2026 SATURDAY
RETURN: 2PM 11/01/2026 SUNDAY
WHAT TO BRING: YOUR OWN FOOD & DRINKS (1 lunch, 1 breakfast & another lunch)
CAMPING GEAR: tent, air mattress or floor pads, comfortable blanket & flash light.
TRANSPORT
Organise your own carpool or your friend’s car coming along with you. Or message me if we have a spot in one of our cars OR in one of the people who are driving you can car pool with.
Please try to be 15-30 mins early if you can.

🛡️ Follow Rules:
1. Respect each other's boundaries, opinions, backgrounds, races, gender, and beliefs.

2. Avoid any cancellation, or if you must, notify the host 1+ day prior to the event.

3. All RSPVed members must attend the event. Be sure to clear your schedule on this day.

4. We promote a positive and fun environment, you must remain respectful and friendly to all the members in the group. We want members to feel safe and comfortable.

5. Do not throw rubbish, maintain the area clean, carry your own rubbish with you when you leave the area.

6. You are responsible for your safety and the safety of others.
7. Sydney Beach Events will not be liable for any health issues, damaged or injuries that may happened during the event. You will be playing at your own risk.
8. For your own safety, swimming at the river is not part of this event. Swimming is not recommended. If you cannot swim do not swim. You will be swimming at your own risk.
9. Build lasting friendship, trust and always ask for consent.
10. No refund if your spot has been booked and paid by the organiser

$$fee includes: Firewood, BBQ meat & salad for dinner, snacks, hot plates & stoves, pans, butane gas, water, soft-drinks, cups & cutleries & booking & campsite fees.
Petrol $$ cost separately paid to your driver before or after (car pool split back & forth) discuss or your driver will tell you how much it costs for petrol & parking fees.
