Join us for guided meditation and trauma-informed breathwork to reconnect with your body, release stress, and lighten the emotional load.

These sessions are a space to exhale, reset your nervous system, and come back to yourself — your breath, your body, your becoming. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, relaxed, and at ease.

  • You do it all and hold it all — but rarely make space for yourself
  • You’re navigating chronic stress, trauma, caregiving, or parenting a child with extra needs
  • You feel stuck in your body or emotions and want peace and release
  • You’re ready to slow down, breathe, and heal from the inside out
  • You crave space to be supported, not just strong
