Join us for a beginner yoga and gentle functional movement class. We are a friendly and inclusive group! We love to have some fun and test our balance, strength and flexibility. After movement, we will learn to breathe in a more intentional way, increasing lung capacity and clearing the mind. There are so many benefits to this type of work for mind, body and soul.
Suggested donation of 15$ We meet every Saturday at 8:30am.
