Details
Weather permitting
Let's hike the South Boulder Creek West trail to the Mesa trail and return to the trailhead via Lower Big Bluestem. This hike provides beautiful views of the foothills. The incline is gradual but parts of the trail are rocky and exposed to wind and sun.
Please bring layers, sun protection, spikes, water and a snack.
There is a $5 parking fee for vehicles that are not registered in Boulder County (https://bouldercolorado.gov/services/osmp-parking-permits-and-fees).
Please consider to become a paying member of our group. Your $10 dues for 2026 will help us cover the organizer’s meetup fee, group hiking permits, first aid kits and subsidize two „paying member only“ events: a summer picnic and a holiday party. Thanks to all of you who already chipped in :)
