Justin will be chatting about the market, and going over 'money makers' (reno opportunities, splitters and LMR's). Also if there's time, some tips on how to stack a deal.

Will be presented by Wendy MacDonald (back by popular demand!)

Wendy will be sharing a cracker deal with us, a development that was also run as student accommodation.

Will be presented by Russel Gray.

Russel shares with us details of his latest project; a Development Approval for 1 into 2, which the turned into 3 lots - with some creative strategies! Be warned though, this was no walk in the park, and you'll get to hear all the nitty gritty in person.
