🏕️ *THE ADVENTURE: 1-Day Community Tent Camping
Experience a night under the stars in our exclusive Organized Group Tenting area, specially reserved for the CenterCity.Events community family

• Our Group Site: We reserved private rustic area which accommodating 50 of us comfortably *in a beautiful meadow setting

• Amenities: Large fire pits for midnight jam sessions, picnic tables, and access to flush toilets (Note: no showers available—this is the real, cozy "back-to-basics" experience*!)

• Photography*: Don't forget your camera! From colonial architecture to the morning mist over the creek, it’s a* "150% attractiv*e" location for your feed

• The BBQ & Feast*: We’re meeting at the BBQ to grill favorites, smoke s'mores, and char-grill fresh vegetables for a true forest banquet

• Recreation*: Swim in the creek or join in on high-energy group games in the playfield

We’ll spend the day playing group games in the meadows and taking refreshing dips in the creek, and as the sun sets, we’ll gather around a roaring BBQ and fire pit. It’s a time to smoke s'mores, grill fresh vegetables, and share stories that make us forget every problem we ever had

• Important Event Rules & Requirement*
  ​To ensure we host a safe, organized, and high-quality experience for everyone, we are strictly enforcing the following protocols. Please read these carefully* before JOI*Ning

• ​1. No Pets Polic*
  ​We love animals, but for this specific event, no pets are allowed because of rules of campsite. Please make arrangements for your furry friends at home, as there will be no exceptions at the campsite

• ​2. Event Fee & Logistic*
  ​We require a* $20 contribution per perso*n. This is not a profit-driven fee, but a necessary step for the following reasons

• ​Capacity Limits*: Per camping regulations, our group is strictly limited to 50 people. This fee ensures we stay within legal limits

• ​Catering*: In return for your payment,* we will provide all the food for our communal cookout over the fir*e

• ​Security*: This helps us verify who is* serious about attending and keeps our group secur*e

• ​3. Registration & Payment Deadlin*
  ​Joining CenterCity.Events is a formal commitment. To protect the integrity of the guest list

• ​Verification*: By clicking "JOIN" you confirm that your payment has been sent

• ​The 48-Hour Rule*: If payment is not received within 2 days of joining, your spot will be forfeited. We will view unpaid* JOINs as an attempt to block spots, and for security reason*s, you will be banned from the group immediately

• ​4. Attendance & Refund Polic*

• ​We are pre-payin*g for the campsite and supplies based on the number of confirmed members

• ​No Refunds*: Because we are reserving a spot specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds if you are unable to attend bit you can find another participant on your spot

• ​Your Choice*: Whether you show up is ultimately up to you, but the spot remains yours once paid

• What to have*: *Tent, Anti-Moskito spray, warm cloth or sleeping bag to stay overnight. Just a heads up to take toothbrush and underwear with you.
