Important Event Rules & Requirement
​To ensure we host a safe, organized, and high-quality experience for everyone, we are strictly enforcing the following protocols. Please read these carefully before JOINing

​1. No Pets Polic
​We love animals, but for this specific event, no pets are allowed because of rules of campsite. Please make arrangements for your furry friends at home, as there will be no exceptions at the campsite

​2. Event Fee & Logistic
​We require a $25 contribution per person. This is not a profit-driven fee, but a necessary step for the following reasons
​Capacity Limits: Per camping regulations, our group is strictly limited to 50 people. This fee ensures we stay within legal limits
​Catering: In return for your payment, we will provide all the food for our communal cookout over the fire
​Security: This helps us verify who is serious about attending and keeps our group secure

​3. Registration & Payment Deadlin
​Joining CenterCity.Events is a formal commitment. To protect the integrity of the guest list
​Verification: By clicking "JOIN" you confirm that your payment has been sent
​The 48-Hour Rule: If payment is not received within 2 days of joining, your spot will be forfeited. We will view unpaid JOINs as an attempt to block spots, and for security reasons, you will be banned from the group immediately

​4. Attendance & Refund Polic
​We are pre-paying for the campsite and supplies based on the number of confirmed members
​No Refunds Last 7 Days: Because we are reserving a spot and purchasing food specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds if you are unable to attend but you can find another participant on your spot
​Your Choice: Whether you show up is ultimately up to you, but the spot remains yours once paid

What to have: *Tent, Anti-Moskito spray, warm cloth or sleeping bag to stay overnight. Just a heads up to take toothbrush and underwear with you.

Check-in/check-out time is 3:00 PM. It is important that all participants on the given list must arrive before sunset, on your selected arrival date. The main gates into the State Park are locked at sunset. Late arrivals will be unable to enter the park

The park closing time for your arrival date is: ~9:00 PM

Upon arrival at the State Park, please follow park signs directly to Area #13, which is the Group Tent Camping Area. You should begin to set up camp. A Ranger will meet you there soon after your arrival to check all participants on the given list, so please don't forget your IDs

All vehicles must be parked in the parking lot. For the safety of your group and to help protect the natural resources, no vehicles are permitted to be operated outside of the parking lot. Please plan ahead as the parking lot is approximately 100 yards from the camping area. It is recommended you bring a wagon, cart, hand truck or other device to assist in transporting your camping gear from the parking lot to the camping area field. There is a cart available for use next to the bulletin board. Please return cart and leave it next to the bulletin board prior to your departure

There are no electrical outlets or connections available in the camping area
