Greene County Christmas Bird Count
Details
Beaver Creek Wetlands Association is gearing up for the annual Audubon Christmas Bird Count, and we need volunteers to help make it a success. No experience needed! It’s a peaceful morning in the wetlands and a great way to learn about winter birds.
LOCATIONS VARY. YOU MAY CLICK "ATTEND" BUT YOU MUST ALSO SIGN UP HERE
The data you collect will provide information Audubon uses to learn about birds and what conservation efforts are necessary to protect them. Learn more about the Christmas Bird Count and results from the data:

We're also looking for skilled birders who can lead a small team of volunteers. If you love birding and want to contribute to one of the longest-running wildlife surveys in the world, I'd love to have you lead a group. Experience with eBird is a plus for data submission. Please email me, Beth Edsall, at bedsall@beavercreekwetlands.org if you would like to lead.
At least one volunteer is needed to count at Creekside Reserve, and at least one volunteer is needed to count in the area of Amon Reserve, Beerman Fen and Valle View South. (You are welcome to invite a friend to count with you.)
