Conquer a Colorado 14er with Us: Mt. Bierstadt Awaits!
Hey adventure lovers!
Ready for an unforgettable winter experience? We're taking on Mt. Bierstadt a famous "14er" (that means it's over 14,000 feet high!) right here in Colorado. And you're invited to join us!
Mt. Bierstadt is known as one of the easier 14ers, especially in winter. It's a fantastic challenge and a chance to see some incredible scenery. Imagine snow-covered peaks and the crisp mountain air. It's going to be epic.
Why You Should Come
- Challenge Yourself: Push your limits and feel the amazing accomplishment of reaching a summit.
- Winter Wonderland: Experience the beauty of the Colorado mountains in their winter glory.
- Make New Friends: Connect with fellow outdoor enthusiasts who share your passion for adventure.
- Bragging Rights: Tell everyone you hiked a 14er in the winter!
The Plan
- Date: Saturday. February 14, 2026
- Time: Meet at 5:00 AM (early, we know, but worth it!)
- Lunch: Around 12:00 PM - bring your own yummy food!
- Distance: 7.2 miles (out and back). This is actually going to be around 11 miles round trip because the road stops a couples of miles out.

Important Info - Ready Carefully!
- Parking: The TH parking might be closed, so we'll likely need to park on the road about 2 miles away. I'll keep you updated as we get closer to the date.
- Carpooling: Let's try to carpool to save on gas and reduce the number of cars. Please reach out to coordinate.
