A Little About Me
I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and share a little bit about my journey.
- My Happy Place: The Great Outdoors
I'm a big fan of fresh air and open spaces. Hiking, backpacking, running – if it gets me outside, I'm in! I also love camping and those spur-of-the-moment road trips where you just see where the road takes you. I'd like to think of myself as free spirited.
- My Wonderful Life
I've been married to an amazing man for 20 years. We have a lively bunch at home – two very energetic dogs and two cats who keep us on our toes.
- A Bump in the Road: My Cancer Journey
A little over a year ago, I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. It was a tough time, but I'm so grateful to say that I beat it and am now in remission!
- A New Perspective
Going through that experience really changed my outlook on life. It made me realize how precious every moment is and how important it is to truly live. I'm determined to make the most of every day.
- Stepping Out and Connecting
One of the biggest changes for me has been wanting to connect with others. Cancer really took me out of my shell. I want to share my love for the outdoors with you!
- Join Us on an Adventure!
I'm excited to start sharing our adventures and would love for you to join us. Whether it's a hike in the mountains or a weekend camping trip, I promise it will be an experience you won't regret. Let's explore this beautiful world together!
Let's Get Started!
I'm so excited to build this community with you. Feel free to introduce yourself, share your favorite outdoor activities, and let us know what you're hoping to get out of this group.
