Talk description:

You can’t walk two metres down the street without someone going on about how cool and hip The Cloud is these days, being able to spin up hundreds of identical Linux VMs easily. But what if every system you build is actually totally different? What if there is no “standard build” or even anything close, but you don’t want to spend all your time doing custom server builds and configuration? We've written a couple of tools that when used together can do fully automated, hetrogenous server builds in minutes rather than hours. Rather than spinning up yet another bland VM copy, you get a beautiful and unique snowflake of awesome.

Come along to see Chris and David share Anchor's experiences as well as some of the tools that they've written (and released as open source) to help you achieve the same.
