Drop in anytime between 3:00pm and 5:00pm for NADA ear acupuncture. Relax and discover relief from stress, toxicity, and pain.

A series of 5 needles will be placed in each ear and you will sit quietly for 20 to 45 minutes.

NADA Auricular Acupuncture is for those experiencing high levels of stress, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, sleep disturbance, feelings of fear, grief, worry, and those seeking a better sense of well-being. Or if you are just curious about Acupuncture, this is a great way to try it out! Five sterile acupuncture needles will be placed in participants’ ears and retained for 20-45 minutes.

Benefits of NADA include increased calmness, better sleep, less agitation, relief from stress and emotional trauma, reduced cravings for alcohol and drugs including food cravings, minimized withdrawal symptoms, and a discovery of inner quiet and strength (acudetox.com).

The treatment is very gentle and people usually feel pleasantly sleepy and peaceful, providing a welcome relief from the stresses and strains that life can sometimes bring.
