Grange over Sands

A 12 - 13 mile walk starting at the quaint Victorian seaside resort of Grange over Sands.
The route starts with a climb to Hampsfell Hospice for glorious views over Morecambe Bay and the Lake District hills. It then descends through fields and some minor roads to Humphrey Head nature reserve before following the shoreline back to Grange. Optional post walk drink at Commodore Inn.
Decent pace, ice-cream at Wraysholme Creamery.
