Serve Dinner at Pathways/Homeward Bound Shelters #65

Read entire description please! Four dependable volunteers needed who enjoy engaging with people from different backgrounds to serve dinner at our two local shelters: note that we go to Homeward Bound at 2853 North Ave. AFTER serving at Pathways. All you need to do is smile and serve prepared meals in a cafeteria-style setting--no cooking or cleanup is involved. This is a great way to serve your community AND get to know fellow HDG members as we often have time for a 15 minute break to visit between shifts.
Please wear non-slip closed toe shoes for safety, and it's a good idea to bring a bottle of water.
