This is a relaxed and friendly meetup for LGBTQ+ women in Kent to get out, explore and meet new people.
With spring in the air and steadily approaching, and high hopes for an end to all this rain (fingers crossed for a beautiful sunny day!), let’s enjoy a relaxed Saturday mooch around the lovely historic market town of Faversham.
Faversham is a charming old Kent town known for its beautiful buildings, independent shops, cafés and riverside scenery.
We’ll meet at 11am outside Costa Coffee in Market Place, Faversham before heading into the Best of Faversham artisan market to browse the stalls and grab coffees and pastries from the local food and drink traders. You’ll find a mix of handmade crafts, fresh produce, flowers, street food and independent stalls.
After enjoying the market, we’ll take a gentle stroll down to Faversham Creek for some scenic views and relaxed chats by the water.
We can then finish with a mooch around the nearby charity shops and independent shops in the town centre.
This is a chilled, easy paced Saturday social, expected to last around 2 to 3 hours.
