Old School Discussion: Consciousness-Raising Revisited
Details
Week 2 — Work, Caregiving, and Invisible Labor: What work keeps life functioning, and who does it?
Before social media, people gathered in small groups to discuss how society shapes personal life. During the Second Wave feminist movement, consciousness-raising groups became a powerful tool for understanding the connection between personal experience and larger social systems.
Women and men are welcome.
