In this unique experience, you'll explore intuitive clay sculpting while immersed in live sound healing.
As you work with clay, calming sounds from crystal singing bowls and other instruments will be played live throughout the session, creating a meditative atmosphere that helps quiet the mind and relax the nervous system.
Working with clay can be incredibly grounding — your hands create while your mind softens. The sound journey adds another layer of relaxation, allowing the body to settle and the senses to open.
No artistic experience is needed. This is about process, presence, and creativity, not perfection.
