We gather in Las Vegas for relaxing and creative wellness experiences designed to help calm the nervous system and bring you back into balance.
Events may include:
• Sound bath meditation with crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments
• Breathwork and gentle somatic practices
• Creative workshops like mandalas, clay, and intuitive art
• Mindfulness and nervous system regulation practices
• Community gatherings for reflection and connection
You don’t need any experience - just curiosity and a willingness to show up for yourself.
Many people come because they are feeling stressed, anxious, creatively blocked, or simply needing a pause from the noise of everyday life. These gatherings are designed to help you slow down, reset, and leave feeling lighter and more grounded.
Some events are quiet and meditative, while others invite creativity and conversation.

This group is hosted by Yulia from Clear Mind Retreats, a sound healing practitioner, breathwork facilitator, and expressive arts guide who blends sound, breath, somatic awareness, and creative expression to help people regulate their nervous systems and reconnect with clarity and calm.
