What: Ready to embrace our book club with the holiday spirit? Join us for a gift exchange of books where only the person bringing the book knows what book it is!

How: Bring your book recommendation, wrap it anonymously, and label it with short descriptions like "cozy witches & found family", "enemies-to-lovers with dragons", "makes Game of Thrones look cheerful". Everybody will pick a recommendation based on the clues, and then we'll have a big reveal.

Which: Books can be gently used or new, hardcover or paperback, or just a card! Instead of a physical book, you can bring a card with the title and author on the inside, tucked into an envelope with the clues on the outside. If you bring a card, just make sure that the book is readily available from libraries.

Why: Because you want to try not judging a book by its cover for once, because you don't want to be the only person to have read that monster romance, because your nomination hasn't been voted to the top in months, because you love this book and want to share that wonderful experience with the people who are most likely to appreciate that gift.
