Wildlife at Bushy Park!
There is a range of deer including herds of mature and young stags, and also water voles, hedgehogs and loads of birds including Kingfisher if we're lucky!
There are lakes and trees and beautiful backdrops to shoot whatever wildlife you have in your sites. Come and meet other wildlife photographers, improve or refresh your skills and knowledge and experience the joy of shooting deer.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
This session will consist of an introduction to the basics of wildlife photography, including:
- Best camera settings & controls
- Shutter speeds to get sharp photos
- Focus and aperture control for subject to pop out of the background
- Composition
- Safety precautions
EXPERIENCE LEVEL
- Beginners with a basic knowledge of using you camera
- Intermediates looking to refresh their skills
EQUIPMENT
- Any camera
- Any lens you have will work at this location
- Recommend a 24-70mm and 70-200mm
- A 300mm or longer if you have one for close ups
OTHER ESSENTIALS
- Wear appropriate clothing/shoes for the weather
- Optional - something to kneel on if the ground is wet
TRAVEL
- Check the TFL website for any delays that may affect your journey
- London Underground to Richmond or Wimbledon / Great Western train to Teddington then a 10 minute walk to the park
PARKING
- Parking is available in the Diana Car Park from 0900hrs
