In addition to shooting in our beautiful and eclectic city of London, our regular workshops include days out and weekends away in the UK and Europe. We also run Photography Tours and Holidays in Asia Pacific and Central America.
Our aim is to help our community have a chance to improve their photographic skills and techniques and explore their creative potential without breaking the bank.  So whether you're just starting out, looking to learn something new or are an experienced pro, come hang out with us and share your passion! Brutalist architecture at The Barbican - Shoot the urban landscape

The Barbican with its brutal but beautiful architecture is the subject for today's workshop. With its coarse concrete surfaces, elevated gardens, high-rise towers along with the element of light and shadow, the Barbican is an amazing place to photograph whether skies are blue or grey.

Meet other fellow photographers whilst we wander through the varied grounds photographing the architecture, light and shadow, abstract, flower and garden areas, fountains and water and everything that makes up the brutalist Barbican complex.

We have a series of exercises to help you capture the beauty of the architecture of the Barbican and get the best out of your day. We'll end the session over a cup of tea or coffee discussing what we've managed to achieve.

Black and White - More London

Pret A Manger

There is something magical about black and white photography. It is a medium that is well known for adding atmosphere and mood and drama to photos. One where you can experiment with the contrast between light and shadow, without the distraction of colour.

In this workshop you will learn about the elements that make a great black and white photograph and apply that to a variety of subjects including architecture, street and portrait.

We will also discuss how you can create a consistent body of work.

Join us for an informative and fun session!

All levels welcome!
