✨Buddhist Meditations and Talks with Gen Chitta✨
Practical Buddhism is a three-week meditation course taking place on three consecutive Tuesday evenings from 7:30 - 8:45 p.m. The course covers three areas of Buddhist teachings which are designed as practical instructions for us to easily apply to our daily lives in order to increase our happiness, inner peace and stability of mind. The classes are also accessible to all, whether Buddhist or non-Buddhist.

👉 24th Feb: Finding Nirvana - Emptiness & the Creative Power of the Mind

While these classes can be booked individually the course allows for a deeper level of engagement where our inner stillness and knowledge can build from week to week. Booking the course also comes at a reduced cost of £18. Individual classes are £7 each.

- 25min Guided Breathing Meditation
- 5min Buddhist Prayer
- 30min Buddhist Talk
- 15min Transformational Meditation
Gen Chitta is a meditation teacher and practitioner of significant experience and a talent to present these meditations and talks in a gentle, light, relatable and practical way.
Suitable for both beginners and those with meditation experience. No special clothes needed. Seating provided in chairs, but feel free to bring your own mat or cushions if you wish.
