Get to Know Idaho Fish & Game / MK Nature Center

Most everyone knows that Idaho Department of Fish & Game (IDFG) is responsible for issuing fishing and hunting licenses, but they use this income stream to do so much more for the community. Here's your opportunity to learn more about their programs.

Let’s meet at MK Nature Center lobby. The Conservation Education Supervisor will give a slide show presentation about IDFG in the Auditorium. Topics will include rulemaking, research projects, enforcement, and will end with some info about the Idaho Master Naturalist Volunteer Program.

We will end the tour at the new IDFG Headquarters building located across the street which includes an impressive lobby and a couple of interesting features.

The indoor and outdoor exhibits of the MK Nature Center will be available to visit before and after our event.
