Start feeling 1% better, one gentle movement at a time!

This beginner‑friendly, breath‑led yoga class is designed to help you loosen stiff muscles, release tension, and move with more comfort.

Each session uses slow, simple, guided movements that support mobility, balance, and ease — perfect if your body feels tight from sitting, stress, or busy days.

You’ll choose a small personal focus for your practice (neck, shoulders, hips, back, or simply “move gently today”) so you can improve at your own pace.

No experience needed. Beginners are welcome.

🧘‍♀️ What to Expect

  • Slow, steady movements that gently melt stiffness
  • Easy‑to‑follow guidance for tight necks, shoulders, hips, and backs
  • A focus on posture, mobility, and feeling 1% better each time
  • A calm, supportive space for women 40+ who want to move without pressure

Why 1% Better?
Because small, consistent steps create real change.
Each class helps you feel a little looser, a little lighter, and a little more connected to your body — without overwhelm.
