Join us for a relaxed 90-minute session where we will explore creativity, self-expression and confidence through simple activities and conversation.

Attract, Don't Chase is about becoming clearer about what you want, making time for yourself, expressing yourself and building confidence in who you are.

What we'll do

  • Week 1 โ€“ Clarity: Explore what you want and what matters to you.
  • Week 2 โ€“ Self-Expression: Try light and playful activities that encourage you to express yourself.
  • Week 3 โ€“ Choosing Yourself: Identify something you enjoy and make time for it.
  • Week 4 โ€“ Confidence & Connection: Share what you have explored and connect with other women in a supportive environment.

You might work on:

  • a personal goal
  • a creative idea
  • a social media post
  • a business idea
  • a short story
  • something you've been meaning to start

Sharing is always optional.

Who is this for?
This event may suit you if you are:

  • a single woman 40+
  • interested in meeting new people
  • looking for a creative Saturday activity
  • interested in confidence and self-expression
  • wanting some guidance to start or finish something finally

No acting, writing or creative experience is needed.
You don't need to be confident or creative to come along.

Catherine is a yoga instructor and coach who enjoys bringing women together through movement, conversation, creativity and shared experiences.
