At our FACE-TO-FACE@HUMANIST HOUSE discussion event tomorrow we'll keep things simple. It's been a topsy-turvy few years, and 2024 might be the chance to even our keels. So let's talk about where we've been in 2023 and where we're going in 2024.
Our '4th Sunday' events have always allowed us to discuss humanism in a dedicated space, in an atmosphere that allows for good conversation and interesting discussion, and this won't change.
The humanistic topics we might choose to discuss in 2024 can range across philosophy and ethics, science and scepticism, contemporary social issues, civilisational and cosmic trajectories, and a range of other insights and issues regarding the 'human condition' and the world we share.
It would be great to 'hit the ground running' in 2024 and touching base is a good start. If you'd like to have input on what we do in 2024, or just want to review the last few years, please come along.
