Please note that we are now meeting at the Pruitt Branch of the Nashville Public Library. This is drop-in class led by mindfulness instructors Jennifer Wang, Mingo Perry and Randy Cox. The class includes guided meditations, short talks, and group discussions around the themes of creating and maintaining your home practice and applying your practice to every day life. The class is perfect for beginners as well as experienced meditators. Suggested donation is $10 - 20 and can be made at https://onedharmanashville.com/support-us/
