"Soup Sunday"

For a volunteer slot, email Rebecca Zimmermann at Rzimmermann@ARadvocates.org. This event includes samples of over a hundred soups provided by Arkansas restaurants and even acclaimed chefs! There are also always some non-soup items, such as desserts & beverages. And there will be a silent auction. Various duties are needed from volunteers (but volunteers DO get breaks to sample the soups!) This wonderful annual event raises money for the organization Arkansas Advocates for Children & Families, which has programs to protect children, improve childrens’ health, and advocate for assistance for low-income families.
