Street Photography - Santa Fe Depot & Little Italy Mercato

Join us for a street photography walk starting at Santa Fe Depot. We’ll meet at 9:30am at the main entrance, we'll do introductions, and take the group photo.
We’ll plan to spend about 30 minutes photographing candid moments inside and around the train station.
We'll then walk around the corner and spend time shooting near the bus stop at Broadway & Kettner Blvd, and continue on to West C Street, where we’ll spend another 30 minutes or so exploring street photography opportunities.
We’ll then walk to the Little Italy Mercato, where we’ll spend about an hour photographing the energy of the market. You’re welcome to stop along the way, take a different route, or do the entire walk with the group.
### 🎒 What to Bring
Bring your favorite street photography gear, good walking shoes, wear sunscreen, sunglasses, hat. A fixed 28mm, 35mm or 50mm lens, or a medium zoom, would work well.
### 🚗 Parking
Parking can be challenging, so please plan accordingly. I’ve had good luck finding street parking along Ash Street. Lot 1519 (142 W Ash St, San Diego, CA 92101) often has availability and is affordable, but it is about a 15-minute walk. Public transportation may be your best bet if you can make it work.
