Come on out for a new topic each week. Meet Amie, smile, laugh, chat, and enjoy the ambiance of this warm coffee shop together. This week's topic is Animalistic Nature.

Here are the questions we will be discussing:

  • Can you share an experience when you've fed an animal? It can be a pet or an experience on a farm or at a zoo.
  • What is your opinion on feeding pets human food? Are there special exceptions for doing that like when it's their birthday or when they're sick?
  • Have you had a special moment with an animal that felt like some kind of sign for whatever you were going through in life?
  • If you have pets, how do you see yourself in them? Have you taken on some of their mannerisms or have they taken on yours?
  • Do you talk to your pets like they're people and if so, what kinds of conversations do you have with them? If you don't have pets, do you converse with inanimate objects like plants or figurines?
  • How do animals help you understand emotions? Are there certain creatures you link to feelings (like calm, joy, or even rage) and why?
  • We all need fuel, rest, and shelter—just like animals. When one of those is off, how do you catch yourself reacting? Do you get growly, shut down, or go into survival mode?
  • If you could wake up tomorrow with the instincts of one animal for a day, just to see how it feels, what would you choose, and what would you do with it?
