Here are the questions we will be discussing:

• Can you describe a magical experience (not fantasy or illusion, but a real moment) that just filled you with wonder?
• If you’ve ever learned how magic was made (like a trick, behind the scenes magic, or a secret ingredient) how did it feel to see behind the curtain? Did it take the wonder away, or just change it?
• Do you have a keepsake, a small ritual, or a habit that gives you a little lift — something that feels like it carries a bit of magic or quiet power, even if it’s just for you?
• Can you share a time when you've had a streak of bad luck that you felt you were in some kind of movie?
• Can you share a moment when something you thought was gone (it could be an object, a feeling, a person) but somehow it showed up again, almost like magic?
• Can you think of a ‘just so’ story (like the stork bringing babies, or a sock-eating gremlin in the dryer) that you once believed, or still love as a way to explain something? Did it make the world feel more magical, or just more fun to wonder about?

• During this fall, komorebi (the Japanese word for sunlight filtering through leaves) has occured. What kinds of memories or feelings come to mind with that concept?
• When was the last time you felt gigil (Tagalog for the irresistible urge to pinch or squeeze something that is incredibly cute)? What was it that you felt this for?
• Have you felt saudade (Portuguese for the feeling of longing, melancholy, or nostalgia for something or someone that is absent or unattainable), and could you explain who or what that was for?
• When was the last time you noticed a feeling that didn’t quite match the moment, like a mixed emotion popping up that wasn’t really about what was happening right then?
• Is there a small, quiet kind of joy that keeps showing up for you that's warm and comforting?
