UPDATE-->WEDNESDAY, NOV 5 @2:30PM
Looking outside this afternoon... ...do not fear the passing storm clouds ...do not fear the gusty winds ...do not fear the wet streets and falling rain showers. The National Weather Service, the Weather Underground, and NOAA comfortably predict temps will be in the mid-50s when we start... quickly rising to the mid-upper 60s...and there is just a 1%--6% chance of precipitation ... and winds out of the W/SW will be less than 5mph... In short, the Pedaler Social Ride for Thursday, Nov 6 will have ideal riding conditions!

MEET---->8:45am -- Pleasanton Senior Center North parking lot
ROLL----->9:00am
**Take note of the slight change in the Meet/Roll times...Most Pedalers are still adjusting to the November 2nd "Spring Ahead/Fall Back" game society plays! As the sun continues its downward (actually 'southern') arc and the days become shorter, there will be adjustments in the Meet/Roll times.
*****Route...--->Alamo Creek Tr with optional extension to Monarch & Valley View Parks...and then down the hill to San Ramon Peets. Returning to Pleasanton will include crossing the "FayMo Bridge."
****There will be a no-host lunch (Cocina Mexico 55 W. Angela St, Pleasanton) following the ride for anyone who wishes to join us. Spouses are invited to join us for the ride and/luncheon afterwards.

The ride "sweep" will facilitate keeping all on course. We will re-group as necessary. The Pedaler’s Social Ride is a “no drop” group and electric bike friendly. Cycling etiquette is essential. The Pleasanton Senior Center is open and bathrooms & water are available.

Attendees are limited to 30 who have signed for the ride in advance. Please be sure to bring your helmet, water and a spare tube. No SAG cars provided.
