Join us for a transformative 60-minute experience combining a high-energy 30-minute HIIT session with a grounding 30-minute yoga flow.

We’ll start by turning up the heat with body-sculpting intervals designed to boost your endurance, tone your muscles, and get those endorphins poppin’. Then we’ll slow it down with a mindful yoga flow to stretch, center, and reconnect — leaving you sweaty, strong, and soul-fed.
