About the event:
This Kundalini Yoga class is focused on disrupting addictive behavior patterns by targeting the nervous and glandular systems. We will work with specific kriyas that aim to strengthen the navel center, promoting willpower and self-control. These kriyas include powerful breath practices that reduce anxiety, cravings, and help regulate the nervous system. The meditations will focus on breaking subconscious thought patterns associated with addiction. Expect a challenging yet transformative practice designed to create space for clarity, resilience, and a renewed sense of self. No previous yoga experience is necessary.
