In this gentle, science-backed movement practice, you’ll learn how to identify the real source of your stressors and clear them out safely and quickly. We’ll touch into the emotions underneath stress and anxiety — the anger, worry, irritability, sadness — and release them in a way that feels doable, supportive, and safe.
Once your system shifts into Safety, we’ll stimulate joy, play, and happiness, helping you build the neural pathways that make happiness easier to access in everyday life.
This isn’t a one-time “feel better for 10 minutes” class.
You’ll leave with repeatable, real-time tools you can use outside of class, tools that consistently help reduce tension, jaw clenching, fatigue, overwhelm, and bring you into a calmer, more open-hearted state.
