MEETING TIME: 11:00 – 11:15 AM.

MEETING POINT: Meet outside "Kings Cross Hotel", 244-248 William St, Potts Point NSW 2011 (near Kings Cross station).

START AND PROGRAMME: We will begin at 11:15 AM, moving along Bayswater Road, then walking towards Macleay Street.

END: We will end by 2:15 PM. Easy walk back to the train station. You can wait for drinks and snacks and more chatting with group members, if interested.

ABOUT: Enjoy a walk around the artworks of CBD on Sunday, July 5. Come along whatever your professional background! Tech, finance, law, real estate, hospitality, healthcare, retail, fashion - whether you've engaged with art or not - all welcome. Feel at home.

This informative tour will introduce you to statues, fountains, installations and imagery commemorating important figures and events of Australian history. Learn about explorers, statesmen, royalty, women pioneers, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander servicemen, indigenous clans of the region. The First Fleet, the World Wars, the development of Sydney, local bird species, and more!

Introduce yourself to each other, exchange numbers, make new friends, chat as you walk and have fun!

END: We will end the walk by 2:15 PM near Martin Place.

Walk a substantial distance across the two neighbourhoods and explore 8 amazing art galleries – exhibiting paintings, photography, sculptures and installations. Listen to interesting stories, interact with the staff.

Bonus: some gorgeous boutiques and heritage homes on the route.

START AND PROGRAMME: We will begin at 11:25 AM, moving towards Woollahra on Oxford Street, then coming back to Bondi. We will spend 10-15 minutes per gallery, and stop midway for drinks and snacks.

END: The walk will end before 3:30 PM near a bus stop on Bondi beach.
