Overthinking doesn’t just happen in your mind.
It’s a pattern your nervous system runs automatically.
When you feel activated, your system speeds up.
Thoughts loop. Urgency rises. You replay, analyze, anticipate, and try to solve your way to relief.
This 4-week series is designed to change that pattern at the source using guided hypnosis, a well-established method for working with subconscious patterns that drive behavior.
We are not managing symptoms week to week.
We are rewiring the response that creates the spiral.
This is a closed series.

What we’ll be doing:
• Regulating your nervous system in real time
• Interrupting the spiral before it gains momentum
• Rewiring the subconscious patterns driving overthinking
• Strengthening a more grounded, self-trusting internal response

### This is Week 2: Interrupting the Loop

Now that you can recognize the pattern, we begin working with it directly.
This week focuses on concrete tools you can use in the moment the spiral begins, especially in those first seconds when everything speeds up. You’ll practice how to respond differently while activated, rather than trying to think your way out of it.
The goal here is to create interruption points so the spiral doesn’t fully take over.
