Let’s Talk About Touch, Trauma, and Transcendence—Together
Join us for an intimate, heart-opening evening of safe, consensual connection and real conversation. In this Snuggles & Psychedelics gathering, we’ll explore how nurturing, platonic touch can be an incredible tool for integration and nervous system healing—especially for those navigating the afterglow of a psychedelic experience or carrying the tender weight of PTSD.
We’ll open with a grounding practice, introduce the agreements of consent-based cuddling, and then flow into an open group discussion about how endorphins, oxytocin, and serotonin support trauma healing and emotional regulation.
We’ll explore questions like:
- How does safe, non-sexual touch help regulate the nervous system?
- What happens in the body during or after a psychedelic experience?
- How can we land back into the body in a grounded, connected way?
- What does it mean to be trauma-informed in spaces of deep vulnerability?
This is for you if you:
- Are curious about the relationship between touch and integration
- Are navigating or preparing for a psychedelic journey
- Want to learn or share in a safe, non-judgmental space
- Are seeking grounded connection without performance or pressure
- Need a safe, soft space to land and be held—in body and spirit
What to Bring:
- A comfy blanket, pillow, or anything that helps you feel cozy
- Water, tea, or your favorite grounding beverage
- An open heart and a willingness to be present
- (Optional) Journal or something to write with for personal reflections
About Your Hosts:
Mark and Lynetta are trauma-informed space holders, cuddle facilitators, and long-time guides in the world of healing, intimacy, and soul integration. Together, they’ve walked the path of plant medicine, personal transformation, and embodied awakening. They’re passionate about creating spaces where people feel safe, seen, and supported—especially those who’ve walked through the fire of trauma.
They live full-time in their RV and are currently traveling the Pacific Northwest, offering connection-based events rooted in authenticity and care.
Lynetta Avery is a Holy Fire® III Karuna® Reiki Master, Mystic, and Modern Day Medicine Woman. She blends energy work, somatic and embodiment rituals, and intuitive Soul Wisdom to guide others back to the truth of who they are—beyond the conditioned self. She is trauma-informed and uses somatic therapy and IFS to navigate the shadow and rise through the ashes like the Phoenix. Lynetta offers support for preparation, integration, and microdosing.
Mark Siedler is a grounded, wise, and nurturing presence. He’s an intimacy coach, professional cuddler, and former rabbi who brings deep reverence to human connection. He creates spaces that honor boundaries while allowing your nervous system to soften into connection.
