Are you interested in floating some rivers this year? The best multiday river trip experiences require a permit--and we've found that a group effort to apply for permits works!
Whether you have river experience or not, this is the opportunity to get some permits for river floats this year. Owning a boat--and having experience-- is not necessary. In fact, newbies seem to have the best success!
We will discuss how, when, and where to get river permits. Responsibilities for permit holders and trip leaders will also be discussed. The deadline for river trip applications is January 31, so let's get this done!
The gathering is at my house on the Redlands in Grand Junction, CO. Let's make this an "optional" pot luck - bring something to share if you like, but not required. BYO libations.
