Elegant Italian Evening & Lights. Broadmoor Appreciation Night: Fancy Furs & Festive Walk. Join us Monday, February 9, for a special Colorado Appreciation evening at The Broadmoor! We’ll meet at Ristorante Del Lago (1 Lake Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80906) for a 5:00 PM dinner seating. Enjoy authentic Italian cuisine on the discounted three-course prix fixe menu for $59 per person— dine on house-made pasta like tagliatelle ai funghi with Colorado mushrooms, wood-fired pizzas, rotisserie meats, and stunning views of Cheyenne Lake in a luxurious villa-inspired atmosphere. After dinner, we’ll stroll around the lake to admire the beautiful Broadmoor Christmas lights. Women, this is a great chance to wear fancy furs; men, please dress nicely.
