Whether you're building a personal portfolio, a side project landing page, or just curious about what AI-powered development looks like, this workshop will give you practical experience turning ideas into live websites.
What you'll learn
- 🎨 How to use v0 to generate and customise website designs with natural language
- ✍️ Techniques for creating compelling content with AI assistance
- 🔧 Making tweaks and fixes to get your site looking just right
- 🌐 Deploying your website so it's live on the internet
- 💡 Common gotchas and how to work around them
What we'll build
During the workshop, you'll create a real website - whether that's a personal portfolio, a project showcase, or anything else you'd like. We'll provide examples, but you'll make it your own!We'll be using v0, a beginner-friendly AI tool that generates beautiful React components and full websites from text descriptions. No prior coding experience required, though if you have some technical background, there will be options to dive deeper.
