We’re excited to announce our next Women Coders meetup, hosted at Culture Amp!
This month, we’re diving into one of the most important skills for any leader (and future leader): communication and feedback.
Whether it’s giving clear direction, fostering collaboration, or navigating difficult conversations, great communication shapes high-performing, inclusive teams.
We’ll be joined by an incredible panel of leaders sharing their experiences and practical insights:
✨ Prakriti Mateti – Director of Engineering
Prakriti Mateti is a Director of Engineering. She cares deeply about engineering culture, complexity, what makes teams work well together, diversity, inclusion, and equity. Prakriti loves travelling and food, experimenting with different cuisines and cultures. She enjoys reading, conducting workshops, presenting talks, and occasionally jumping off something high.
✨ Simone Veitch – Graduate 2025 Program, Career Changer
Simone is an Associate Engineer at Culture Amp, where she's a participant in the company's Campus development program. A career changer, she transitioned into front-end engineering last year after a career as a senior producer. Simone is excited to share how her previous experience in fostering collaboration and giving constructive feedback has become a perfect foundation for a thriving engineering career.
✨ Susan Brander – Co-Founder CTO at Kaleida
Susan Brander is the co-founding CTO at Kaleida, a start up that is passionate about building diverse, high performing tech teams that represent the Kaleida-scope of society.
She has a strong history of leading teams that balances the need to experiment and learn in an emerging market with reliability expected of customer focused systems.
She is also an organiser of Tech Leading Ladies, a community focused on bridging the gender gap in technical leadership.
✨ Aswathy Sasidharan – Engineering Leadership, Culture Amp
Aswathy Sasidharan is an Engineering Leader at Culture Amp with over 17 years of experience in technology leadership across insurance, finance, and enterprise products. She is passionate about building high-performing teams, fostering innovation, and creating inclusive spaces where people can thrive. Aswathy has held leadership roles at IAG, Allianz, Iress, and SAP, and is a strong advocate for women in technology.
Outside of work, Aswathy(mum of 2 teenage girls ) enjoys semi-classical dancing and creating light-hearted memes to share with her close friends.
