========Synopsis========
The ability to continue to exhibit excellence in practicing a skill demonstrates highly fluent proficiency, even when distracted and under stressful conditions. As Agile practitioners, how does our fluency in agile principles and practices hold up in these times of pandemic and social upheaval? What do we hope to observe in ourselves, our colleagues, and our teams? What do we need from each other to support the fluent expression in behavior of an agile mindset? Come to this session with Diana Larsen and bring the questions that challenge you about Agile in the time of COVID-19. Ask her anything!
