If you've tried meditating and your mind wouldn't stop racing. If it's always felt like something for other people. Or you just never got around to it.
​Then this session is for you.

​Reena has been meditating daily for years alongside doing regular yoga practice, and she has learnt that the best way to get non meditators to take up this practice even if adhoc is to simplify, skip the lecture and make it super easy and practical.
​She's here to share that, simply, and with depth.

​The first 40 minutes is a guided meditation round built from scratch for beginners. No experience needed.

The session is broken into sections, so it's easy to follow from start to finish even if you've never done this before.

​Followed by chai. Boiled properly in a kettle, the way it's meant to be made, single origin Assam tea leaves, a house blend of whole spices: cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, black pepper, cloves. Paired with the right authentic snacks for the cup. Nothing from a powdered sachet touched this pot.
​You are welcome to stay back and enjoy the beautiful space and materials.
