I took over this group because I love dining out and great conversation. As a retired English Professor, I lean to the Left so welcome a more liberal mindset.
This is a group with a focus on dinner and happy hours with food and maybe some music! Often singles and those over 55 are looking for like-minded others to dine and converse with. So this is an opportunity to make new friends.
After each meal, after some "get to know you chit-chat," we will throw out interesting topics of conversation and talk about each. Goals would be to bring up facts and evidence.
