Barbellas is an exclusive women-only strength training community in Valencia, focused on building solid foundations — physically and mentally — so you can train with confidence and strength.
The first session is free.
If you’re tired of endless cardio, unsure where to start with weights, or want to add proper form training to your routine — this is for you.
We train outdoors in Turia Park in small groups (max 7 women), using resistance bands, kettlebells barbell simulator and more — circuit style, slow-paced, and mindful. No jumping, no high-intensity cardio. Just muscle building, mental strength, and deep house music.
Includes a reward system for consistent training.
⚠️ Note: For women who already enjoy some kind of regular activity or training. Not suitable for complete beginners who’ve never exercised before.
Led by Mirela, a certified Wellness & Fitness Coach with experience in strength training, half-marathon & marathon running, women’s health, and wellness coaching.
