This is for you if you want to:
- Build muscles and improve posture
- Get back into training after a break or injury
- Switch from cardio or yoga to strength training
- Train without pressure, in an uplifting women-only space
- ⚠️ Note: For women who already enjoy some kind of regular activity or training. Not suitable for complete beginners who’ve never exercised before.

### How It Works
- Form: Fill out before coming (obligatory) → Registration Form
- Group Size: Max 7 women — cancel at least 24h in advance so someone else can join
- Price: First class FREE, then €10 cash per session
- Guarantee: Money-back after 4 sessions or 2 weeks if it’s not for you
- Bring: Mat or towel (for stretching & abs only)

### What to Expect
- Personalised muscle-building in an exclusive group of 7 women
- Full body circuit — 7 standing stations, abs before stretching
- Equipment: kettlebell, barbell simulator, resistance bands & more
- I correct your form so you train safely and confidently
- Slow pace, proper form — goal is to make you independent in your training
- 50 min total (warm-up, training, stretching)
- House music
