De qué se trata

In broad terms Parkour is about overcoming obstacles, both physically and mentally.

Barcelona Parkour group is for people living in, or visiting, Barcelona who want to train Parkour. All levels of experience are welcome.

When you train with us you will achieve a full body workout - using only your own body weight. We will work on strength, mobility, flexibility and endurance.. by running, jumping, climbing and balancing. The workouts take place in an urban environment: on flat ground, short walls, edges and railings.

Instruction are in English and (basic) Spanish.
Minimum age is 18 years old.
