Hello everyone, my name is Xavi and I am local from Barcelona. Our community is based on respect and acceptance. We are more than 30 organizers working on making up new events to try to surprise you. I decided to create this group to connect new and interesting people while we enjoy a beer or a glass of wine and tapas!

Would you like to work out by the sea, meet new people in Barcelona and enjoy a drink together afterwards?
Join us for an outdoor group workout at Port Olímpic, followed by a relaxed social gathering at a nearby bar.
This is more than just a fitness class. It is an experience designed for people who want to exercise, have fun and connect naturally with others.
You can come alone. Most participants will not know each other beforehand, and the hosts will help with introductions so everyone feels welcome and included.
💪 THE WORKOUT
We will perform a varied and dynamic group workout combining:
✅ Strength exercises
✅ Cardiovascular endurance
✅ Mobility and coordination
✅ Partner and small-team activities
✅ A final challenge involving the whole groupThe exercises will be performed using body weight and simple training equipment.
During the session, we will change partners and create small teams. This makes the workout more enjoyable and gives everyone the opportunity to interact naturally with different people.
The workout is not CrossFit and it is not a competition. The main objective is to exercise safely, enjoy the experience and have a good time together.
👥 FITNESS LEVEL
The activity is suitable for all fitness levels.
Every exercise will have different difficulty and intensity options. You can participate whether you are a complete beginner or already train regularly.
The session will be led by an experienced personal trainer who will explain the exercises, correct technique and help each participant choose the appropriate variation.
🍹 AFTER-WORKOUT SOCIAL DRINK
The event does not finish when the workout ends!
After training and stretching, we will walk together to a nearby bar at Port Olímpic to relax, have a drink and get to know each other better.
The social gathering is completely optional, but it is an important part of the experience. It is especially designed for people who want to:
✅ Meet new people in Barcelona
✅ Expand their social circle
✅ Speak with local and international participants
✅ Enjoy a relaxed evening after exercising
✅ Make new friends through sportYou do not need to come with anyone. The hosts will help with introductions and encourage conversation so nobody feels left out.
Everyone pays for their own drinks at the bar. The name of the bar will be confirmed before the event or announced at the end of the workout. It will be approximately 5–10 minutes walking from the training location.

🕢 7:15–7:30 PM — Arrival and welcome
🏋️ 7:30–8:30 PM — Outdoor group workout
🧘 8:30–8:40 PM — Stretching and group photo
🚶 8:40 PM — Walk together to the bar
🍹 From approximately 8:50 PM — Social drinksPlease arrive 10–15 minutes early so we can welcome everyone and start the workout on time.
📍 LOCATION
The workout will take place at Port Olímpic in Barcelona, in the open area at the end of the harbour next to Moll de la Marina, near BCNaval Events and the Google Maps location “Icària”.
The exact meeting point is the location indicated on the Meetup map.

As this is an outdoor activity, the session may be modified, postponed or cancelled in the event of heavy rain, strong wind or unsafe weather conditions.
Any changes will be communicated through Meetup before the event.

¿Te apetece entrenar frente al mar, conocer gente nueva en Barcelona y quedarte después a tomar algo con el grupo?
Únete a nuestro entrenamiento grupal al aire libre en el Port Olímpic, seguido de un encuentro social en un bar próximo.
No se trata únicamente de una clase de fitness. Es una experiencia pensada para personas que quieren hacer ejercicio, divertirse y relacionarse de manera natural con gente nueva.
Puedes venir solo o sola. La mayoría de los participantes no se conocerán previamente y los organizadores facilitarán las presentaciones para que todo el mundo se sienta bienvenido e integrado.
💪 EL ENTRENAMIENTO
Realizaremos un entrenamiento grupal variado y dinámico en el que combinaremos:
✅ Ejercicios de fuerza
✅ Resistencia cardiovascular
✅ Movilidad y coordinación
✅ Actividades por parejas y pequeños equipos
✅ Un reto final en el que participará todo el grupoLos ejercicios se realizarán principalmente con el peso corporal y material sencillo de entrenamiento.
Durante la sesión cambiaremos de pareja y formaremos pequeños equipos. De esta manera, el entrenamiento será más entretenido y todos tendremos la oportunidad de relacionarnos de forma natural con diferentes personas.
No es CrossFit ni una competición. El objetivo principal es entrenar con seguridad, disfrutar de la experiencia y pasar un buen rato juntos.
👥 NIVEL FÍSICO
La actividad es apta para todos los niveles.
Cada ejercicio tendrá diferentes opciones de dificultad e intensidad. Puedes participar tanto si estás empezando como si ya entrenas habitualmente.
La sesión estará dirigida por un entrenador personal con experiencia, que explicará los ejercicios, corregirá la técnica y ayudará a cada participante a escoger la variante más adecuada.
🍹 ENCUENTRO SOCIAL DESPUÉS DEL ENTRENAMIENTO
¡El evento no termina cuando finaliza el entrenamiento!
Después de entrenar y estirar, iremos juntos caminando hasta un bar próximo al Port Olímpic para relajarnos, tomar algo, hablar y conocernos mejor.
La parte social es completamente opcional, pero constituye una parte importante de la experiencia. Está especialmente pensada para personas que quieren:
✅ Conocer gente nueva en Barcelona
✅ Ampliar su círculo social
✅ Hablar con participantes locales e internacionales
✅ Disfrutar de un ambiente relajado después de entrenar
✅ Hacer nuevas amistades a través del deporteNo necesitas venir acompañado. Los organizadores facilitarán las presentaciones y ayudarán a iniciar las conversaciones para evitar que alguien pueda sentirse apartado.
Cada persona pagará su propia consumición. El nombre del bar se confirmará antes del evento o se comunicará al finalizar el entrenamiento. Estará aproximadamente a 5–10 minutos caminando desde el lugar de la actividad.

El entrenamiento tendrá lugar en el Port Olímpic de Barcelona, en la zona abierta de la punta del puerto, junto al Moll de la Marina, cerca de BCNaval Events y del punto de Google Maps “Icària”.

Siempre se informará previamente a los participantes. Si prefieres no aparecer en las fotografías o vídeos, solamente tendrás que comunicárselo a uno de los organizadores. Podrás participar con normalidad sin ser grabado.
🌦️ CONDICIONES METEOROLÓGICAS
Al tratarse de una actividad al aire libre, la sesión podrá modificarse, aplazarse o cancelarse en caso de lluvia intensa, viento fuerte o condiciones meteorológicas que no permitan entrenar con seguridad.
Cualquier cambio se comunicará previamente a través de Meetup.

El evento está abierto tanto a personas locales como internacionales.
Nos comunicaremos principalmente en español e inglés. No es necesario hablar los dos idiomas para participar.
